Processing and Shipping Times

Our delivery times are divided into two phases:

Processing Time : After receiving your order, we verify payment and check that the files and images provided are correct for printing. Once everything is confirmed, the order moves to the production phase. Orders are processed in drops, which are production time windows, and through our waitlist, allowing customers to queue for the next drop.

Shipping Time : Once the production and quality control process is complete, the shipping time may vary, but we strive to ship your order within 14 days of confirming the accuracy of the images. We use reliable couriers to ensure your cards are delivered safely.
